How Many ACFT Events Are There?

The ACFT consists of six events designed to measure a soldier’s strength, endurance, agility, and overall physical readiness. These six events are:

  1. 3-rep max deadlift
  2. Standing power throw
  3. Hand-release push-ups
  4. Sprint-drag-carry
  5. Plank (or leg tuck as an alternate event)
  6. 2-mile run
