How Many ACFT Events Are There?
The ACFT consists of six events designed to measure a soldier’s strength, endurance, agility, and overall physical readiness. These six events are:
- 3-rep max deadlift
- Standing power throw
- Hand-release push-ups
- Sprint-drag-carry
- Plank (or leg tuck as an alternate event)
- 2-mile run
Each event targets different muscle groups and physical abilities to reflect real-world combat demands.
