How Many Events in ACFT?
There are six events in the ACFT (Army Combat Fitness Test), each focused on measuring a specific aspect of a soldier’s physical readiness. These events are:
- 3-Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)
- Standing Power Throw (SPT)
- Hand-Release Push-Ups (HRP)
- Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
- Plank Hold (PLK) or Leg Tuck (LTK) as an alternative
- 2-Mile Run (2MR)
