How to Conduct ACFT

To conduct the ACFT properly, you must follow the official Army guidelines for equipment, event sequence, safety, and scoring. The test includes six events:

  1. 3-Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)
  2. Standing Power Throw (SPT)
  3. Hand-Release Push-Ups (HRP)
  4. Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
  5. Plank (PLK) or Leg Tuck (LTK)
  6. 2-Mile Run (2MR)
